Can I provide my own content for letters and tributes?
- Yes! In fact, it’s encouraged.
- Sentito does not film subjects (people).
- You need to provide your own videos & images of a person(s).
- Use your own videos, photos, voice recordings or anything else.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to upload all your digital files to a secure server.
- It’s that easy.
Can I request audio only for Video Reflections?
- Yes.
- Clients can request an mp3 audio guided Reflection.
How long does it take to receive my final video?
- 2 weeks for non urgent requests.
- Contact me for urgent requests.
- Each project is different and the time can be shorter or longer depending on your needs.
- If you have special requirements, let’s chat.
How do I receive my video?
- You’ll get an email with a download link to save your video to a computer, tablet and/or smartphone.
- In some cases you may request to have your video stored and sent on a usb drive.
